Tracy is married and has two adult children.
Ms. Watson began her informal training as a psychotherapist at a very young age from her father, also a psychotherapist in the community. Ms. Watson completed her formal training by earning a Master's Degree in Professional Counseling from Amberton University in 2015. She also holds advanced certification in Clinical Hypnosis from the American Society of Clinical Hypnosis (ASCH) and the North Texas Society of Clinical Hypnosis (NTSCH), where she currently serves as President. Additionally, she is trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) through EMDRIA. In addition, she is a trained facilitator for "Prepare/Enrich" which is a research based program used to strengthen relationships and marriages.
Her practice involves assessing current concerns and helping the individual create a new life experience. She focuses on the principles of personal responsibility for building quality of life by using a combination of cognitive awareness and unconscious approaches.
